Spacious and beautiful

The traffic from the guests dragging in the sand and the water dripping constantly in the afternoon when they get back from the beach

Spacious clean and in great location beautiful sea walk to the front and great restaurants to the rear.

Great position, opposite the lovely beach. Swimming pool was wonderful. Staff, very helpful. Huge variety of food choices at breakfast.

The gym wasn’t up to much. No weights for women or mats. Felt like it needed a good deep clean.

There were important issues the hotel should address. No tour desk and the only tour company they seem to support Quy Nhon Tourist were useless. Claimed English speaking guide who could not speak (enough) or understand any English. The main restaurant on the 2nd floor had a great breakfast but had no service in the evening. Claimed to have a la carte till 2200 hrs but at 1900 hrs one waiter who ran away! Reported to reception who seemed unconcerned. Dangerous carpet in bedroom (1804) with worn-out turned up corners to cause tripping over. The shower head needs cleaning and sprays water on the dry towels. No soap or towels in spare WC. Lighting and AC are difficult to operate, and no instructions were given by the Bell boy as to how to operate the same. On the positive side, the room was decorated to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I requested champagne, but that was ignored as probably the hotel had never heard of it. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of international foods. It needs more chefs to support the egg station/noodle area. One guard pointed out on our final day where to wash sandy feet. No other reception staff offered this information or how to access the beach safely without prompting.

Exceptionally beautiful, clean, luxurious property with incredible amenities such as a 25 M lap pool, an incredible gym and an impressive breakfast buffet spread catering to North Americans, Europeans and Asians. Hotel is across the beach and my room had stunning beach views. It was a quiet , peaceful getaway. Ac was wonderful, I always had piping hot water, the bed was super comfortable, internet was excellent and the staff were exceptional especially Charlie (Nguyen) who went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel, I know I will surely be back.

The fridge was not cold and reception did nothing about it. I bought cold drinks that got warm after placing them in the fridge. Been in Vietnam almost 2 months and this was a first. Pool water is freezing cold at an average of 25 degrees. Although it’s enjoyable on a hot sunny day, it’s unbearable on a regular cloudy day and not many guests swam in it due to that!

Good location, great services from the staffs. Scrumptious and high quality breakfast.

It was all what I hoped for and more. Rich feel to the building, I would say they have an amazing maintenance team.

For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast was disappointing, very few fruit, no much for vegetables.

The room was the nicest I have stayed in in Vietnam. Excellent bathtub with a view of the ocean, and extremely comfortable bed.

Great location with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, the beach is right in front. Room is spacious with beautiful view of the ocean and the city, and especially very well made, both in design and functions. Staff are nice and helpful.

The restaurant floor is not very clean. Understand they are shorthanded at the moment but anyway more attention should be paid.

The facilities and location of the hotel are good.

Some staffs in the restaurant were slow and forgot our order. Breakfast wasn't very diverse.

Lovely room with a great view of the beach. Nice place for photos! Bathroom was really well designed too.

Only one thing I didn’t like was that there were no bedside lamps.

The breakfast wasn't much good - so I didn't bother going after Day 1.

The soap/shampoo in the bathroom wasn't replaced, so I had to go out and buy my own at a convenience store.

Clean and spacious room with great ocean view

Breakfast ends at 09:30 which is a bit early; 10:00-10:30 would’ve been more relaxing.

The rooms are modern, relatively clean (apart from stained bed linen) and offer a beautiful view of the beach and skyline. The beach is very close by.

Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. As soon as you enter the hotel for the first time, a pungent smell of manure stings your nose on the lobby floor. I found it difficult to stay on this floor for more than a few minutes. A very unfavourable first impression for guests. Fortunately, it smells better on the other floors.The Skyline Bar and other facilities are unfortunately closed, it is questionable whether they ever will be open.The pool area is nice but the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned for several weeks (no toilet paper, thick encrustations on the toilet seat, broken toilet doors). The breakfast offered quite a large selection but the flavour was not particularly good. I generally don't understand why a country with such a high coffee export doesn't manage to offer a simple but good filter coffee, but instead thin broth everywhere that tastes like instant coffee. The cleanliness of the breakfast area also left a lot to be desired, as there was leftover food and rubbish almost everywhere under the food tables. All in all, I expect higher standards from a star hotel

We booked a room here in my name. But when my girlfriend came to check in, she already had my confirmation and showed them the booking code. I called the hotel. This hotel's customer service department forced us to pay an additional fee, which they called a check-in exchange fee. I then contacted Booking.com to change the name and there was no fee. I think they tried to trick us. This is the first time we have seen such an unreasonable request. Be careful with this hotel. it's really not worth the money, A bad experience! Be careful!
